1. Our Promise
We want you to be happy with what you buy from Scholes Technologies. If something is not right, talk to us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work it out.
2. Returns Window
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup. After 7 days, the manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
3. Conditions for Return
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- The item must be unused, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Original receipt or order confirmation is required.
4. Items We Cannot Return
- Software, SIM cards, and any sealed digital products once opened.
- Customised or special-order items.
- Items damaged through misuse or accident.
- Earphones, headphones, and other personal-use accessories once unsealed.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is refunded by the original payment method.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank, or card).
7. Faulty Items & Warranty Claims
For products that develop a fault within warranty, we facilitate the manufacturer's warranty process. Inspection may take 7-21 days depending on the brand and the nature of the fault.
8. Return Delivery Costs
- Returns due to our error (wrong item, missing parts) are at our cost.
- Returns by personal preference are at the customer's cost.
